We are a design firm that specializes in bespoke architectural restorations.

We work predominantly in Palm  Springs California and Byron Bay Australia but we are not limited to these locations and will consider working projects wherever our clients need our services.

If you need someone to visualize, draft and manage your restoration, remodel, or new build from start to finish this might be for you.

This service includes dimensioned architectural draft sets, photorealistic renders, all tile and finish selections, FFE  documents, un-commissioned access to trade pricing with hundreds of providers and furnishing stores, full staging, and exceptional attention to detail. 

We can help you with drafting and submission of plan sets to the city and HOAs and get approvals on your  behalf. We can receive furnishings and product, and sign for packages in your absence. If you need full service, we would love to hear from you.
