I am a Licensed Architect in the State of California and the State of Idaho with decades of experience in residential and commercial builds. I specialize in construction phase administration.

My expertise comes with a comprehensive understanding of every stage of the building process,

I can help you understand what your project needs and how to implement it quickly.

I like to build things and I like to salvage and restore mid century fixtures where possible.

I split my time between Palm Springs and Idaho

Principal Designer

I am an interior designer with a strong love for all things mcm and contemporary but will go a bit of Spanish, Moroccan and Art Deco too. I have a background in music, I am an audio engineer and a pilot but architecture interests me the most.

I am from Australia but have lived in the US for ages.

My designs have been featured in Dwell Magazine, Palm Springs Life Magazine and have been featured on Mid Century Modernism Week Tours.

My most recent restoration was awarded Indian Wells Historical Designation#4.

I am an ASHI standard Certified Home Inspector

I was named the number one interior designer in Palm Springs California in 2019 by Locale Magazine

Lead Designer

As a designer, my satisfaction comes by blending pieces that are not only beautiful, functional and unique, but also highly representational of our clients' style and personality.

I draw a great deal of inspiration from nature and landscapes, particular to the geographical location of our projects. The more you lean into your surroundings, the more authentic your space will feel!

Clean lines mingled with organic shapes, texture, natural light, preserving character; these are a few of my favorite things.

Lead Designer

Sophie Ongtauco is our lead draftsperson and an architecture graduate currently pursuing her Master’s in Design at the University of New South Wales, in Sydney Australia.

Soph specializes in drafting and 3D modeling, in Revit, SketchUp, and Lumion.

Soph creates visually compelling narratives in both digital and physical spaces, her work is characterized by a keen eye for detail and a dedication to blending form and function in a way that is innovative and emotionally resonant.
