From time to time we offer a set rate conceptual design package for clients who want a design collaboration on a  fixed budget. This package includes the initial design consultation and one review, conceptual renders, furnishing,  color palettes, tile lighting & faucet selections & trade discounts. Set rate does not include site  visits or dimensioned drawings.
